ORIGIN OF THE COLLECTION

In 2023, Vitor Pompei introduced his debut collection of five watches, expanding his brand across continents and deepening the timeless relationship between humanity and time.

​

The inspiration struck during a journey through Mexico, while listening to local music on the road from Cancún to Tulum. One song in particular spoke about the value and effort that go into owning a watch. That moment made me reflect on time itself, something I have always admired and been fascinated by, and sparked the idea of creating a collection.

A JOURNEY INTO HOROLOGY

Driven by curiosity, I immersed myself in the world of horology, the study of time. Through research and guidance from mentors in the field, I discovered a vast universe: from the intricacies of watch models and their mechanics to humanity’s eternal obsession with measuring, standardizing, and representing time. What fascinated me most was learning how different civilizations express and interpret time in unique ways. From this exploration, the vision for my first collection began to take shape.

Each piece embodies both my discoveries about time and my personal journey of growth, learning new languages, living in different countries, and absorbing cultures that shaped me. The five designs were inspired by the places I explored over the last five years and by unforgettable moments with people who shared their stories, energy, hearts, homes, and lives with me.

A REFLECTION ON TIME

Life is meant to be lived intensely. We never know when time will run out, but we can choose how to use it: to create memories, embrace love, rediscover ourselves, explore new places, and live fully. This collection is not just about watches; it is about honoring time as the essence of our human experience.
